We aim to provide high-quality digital and engineering-related products. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us so we can review your case.

Returns of Digital Products

Because CAD Verse Shop products are digital design files delivered by download, there is nothing to physically return. Once a file has been downloaded or sent to you, we handle any issue through a refund (per this policy) rather than a physical return.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include order details and the reason for the request.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not apply where files/services are already delivered as described, or where issues arise from incompatible third-party tools outside our control.
